Research On Smart Water Construction In D City,Liaoning

The construction of smart cities is an important way for the high-quality development of cities at present.The Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China further clearly proposed that we should unswervingly build a powerful network,a digital China and a smart society.The Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Formulation of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the 2035-Year Vision also clearly proposed that we should accelerate the digital development and improve the intelligent level of public services and social governance.The water industry,as the basic industry of the city,but also the industry that most concerns the vital interests of the people,is of great significance for promoting the overall improvement of the city’s public service and management level.Therefore,the continuous promotion of smart water construction is imperative.This paper is to discuss and study how to further optimize the construction of smart water services in D City,Liaoning Province against the background of smart city construction.Study the theoretical and practical significance of smart water construction,analyze the relevant research at home and abroad,and simply analyze its research status and existing problems.This paper combs the concept of smart water construction and its theoretical basis from a conceptual perspective,and expounds the importance of smart water construction from the perspective of public service and social responsibility in combination with domestic and foreign research literature and relevant cases.The current situation of smart water construction in D City,Liaoning Province was investigated and analyzed.In the form of questionnaire and network data collation,the case analysis method is used to analyze the problems of weak smart water infrastructure,insufficient capital investment,imperfect security system and weak technical level in the construction of smart water in D City,Liaoning Province,in combination with the situation and experience of smart water construction in advanced countries and domestic cities.Rely on advanced smart water construction concept and excellent smart water city construction experience.With full consideration of the basic development situation of D City,Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of smart water services in D City,Liaoning Province,such as strengthening the guidance of the government,promoting the optimization and integration,paying attention to technical support,and raising funds from various sources.
