| The information utilization service of archives has always been the starting point and foothold of archival work.As the main functional department providing archival information utilization services,the information utilization service ability of archives directly affects the efficiency of archival public services.Currently,the service methods of archival information utilization in archives in China are still relatively traditional,which seems to be unable to meet the growing demand for archival information utilization services by the public in the context of big data.This article is conducted from three perspectives: current situation analysis,problem analysis,and countermeasure analysis.Firstly,the article analyzes the current situation of archive information utilization services in archives,analyzes the collection,personnel composition,and open utilization of archives in the past five years,summarizes the four traditional information utilization service methods widely used in archives,and conducts research on the innovative information utilization service methods of some archives.Secondly,the information utilization services of archives are placed in the context of big data,and combined with the characteristics of big data,the restrictive factors for improving the information utilization service capabilities of archives in the context of big data are elaborated.The main factors include the backwardness of archive service awareness,the shortage of composite talents in archive information utilization services,the shortcomings of archive business construction system,and the low level of archive resource data governance.Finally,the author provides a strategic analysis of the constraints on improving the information utilization service capacity of archives in the context of big data,mainly by strengthening the public service construction of archives,strengthening the construction of a composite talent team for archives,deepening the governance of archive resource data,and building a smart archive information utilization service platform to increase the information utilization service capacity of archives and improve the efficiency of archive public services. |
