In the age of digital smart governance,business algorithmic decision-making is widely used in various business scenarios,and brings about a more refined market environment and precise service.However,the modes and strategies of regulation of business algorithmic decision-making face many problems: on the one hand,the unique attribute of business algorithmic decision-making itself leads to the alienation and generates various dilemmas through direct or indirect ways.These difficulties have had a negative impact on social and economic development and the exercise of individual rights and interests,so the imbalanced rights and obligations reality of the main body making the business algorithm decision needs to be changed.On the other hand,the current regulation system construction for alienation of business algorithmic decision-making is not perfect in China,systematic regulation of business algorithmic decision-making is urgently needed.Therefore,this paper will analyze the harm of alienation from four aspects,including the main scenarios of business algorithmic decision-making application,the alienation dilemma of business algorithmic decision-making,the regulation exploration of business algorithmic decision-making and regulation strategies of business algorithmic decision-making.What’s more,the paper will go deeper into the causes of the alienation dilemma of business algorithmic decision-making at the same time of trying to build system of regulation of business algorithmic decision-making.On the main scenarios of business algorithmic decision-making application.On the one hand,this paper clarifies the typical characteristics of the main application scenarios of algorithmic decision-making in the business field and the problem points that ate prone to alienation of business algorithmic decision-making,extending the hidden dangers of the dilemma.On the other hand,this paper analyzes the attribute characteristics of business algorithmic decision-making,and explores the internal causes and manifestations of three sets of characteristics,including specialization and opacity,scale and convergence,iteration and limited
