Narrative Research Of Rule By Law And Political Films Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

After the eighteenth big "comprehensive law" of the party into a new stage,to build a socialist modernization power as the goal,the party constantly emphasizes the important role of the rule of law in governing,at the same time the internal purification,beating all violations in accordance with the law,and carry out a number of special activities,has achieved fruitful results.In this context,the mainstream media represented by CCTV have launched a number of films on the rule of law and politics,telling the system construction and law enforcement practice of the comprehensive strategy of the rule of law,which has attracted wide attention.As a carrier to record the construction of the rule of law in China,the film is of great significance.It is not only a true portrayal of the construction of the rule of law in different stages,but also reflects the political attitude and public opinion guidance of the country.Based on the theory of narrative science,this paper uses text analysis and case analysis to explore the following questions: What is the content of the legal and political theory film since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China? Who is telling? How do they tell? What is the narrative logic and strategy presented? What kind of reflection and inspiration it brings to us.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,CCTV has broadcast 10 films on the rule of law,namely "Rule of Law","China","Sword of Law","For fairness and Justice","" Around "," Red wanted "," National Supervision"," Anti-Mafia "and" Zero Tolerance ".The 10 political film embodies the eighteenth since the construction of the rule of law construction,represents the new era of the creation level of political film,this article will the 10 rule of law political film as the research object,the full text is divided into five parts: the first part,the interpretation of the evolution of the rule of law political concept definition,focus on the development of the rule of law political history.In the second and third parts,this paper draws on the classical theory of narrative science and interprets the text of the rule of law from two aspects of content and discourse.The fourth chapter summarizes the narrative strategy of the legal political film based on the previous analysis.Finally,the narrative reflection and enlightenment of the legal film are put forward.Through research,it is found that the development of legal and political films since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is realistic and contemporary.On the one hand,it embodies various elements of the construction of the rule of law more than the previous programs,reports and feature films of the rule of law.On the other hand,the rule of law as a product of The Times has various attributes.In the creation of the rule of law political film producers selected a large number of facts of the legal political film narrative style,adopted a flexible narrative strategy,and highlight the role of image symbol,the text information,audio-visual symbols and our specific cultural background and policy environment,construct the rule of law political film and the correlation between the rule of law,politics,narrative facts,emotion,stand,the intention of the intention rooted in the deep structure of the text,enhance the image of the rule of law political film and persuasive.On this basis,this paper holds that there are some narrative problems of rigid narrative discourse,speculation and propaganda imbalance,and develops some thinking.
