Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Happiness View In The New Era

Happiness is the eternal topic and pursuit of human beings.The happiness view is the fundamental viewpoint and perspective of people on issues related to happiness in life,such as what it means,why they pursue happiness,and how to achieve it.It is the core content of outlook on life and values.Everyone has different definitions and understandings of happiness because of their own factors and different environments,but their willingness to do their best to achieve happiness is basically the same.College students are in the "jointing and booting stage" of life.As the backbone of economic and social development and construction,their happiness view is directly related to the orientation of the mainstream happiness view in the future society.The new era carries new connotations of happiness,which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of college students’ happiness view.The cultivation of college students’ happiness view in the new era is based on Xi Jinping’s important exposition on happiness,aiming at comprehensively using various educational means to guide and help college students to correctly recognize happiness,experience happiness,create happiness and live a better life,which is helpful to meet the needs of young students’ happy life,implement the fundamental task of educating people and promote the realization of the Chinese dream in the new era.In order to accurately grasp the current situation of college students’ happiness view in the new era,this paper selects some college students in Shenyang as the specific research objects and conducts empirical research in the form of questionnaire survey.From the four dimensions of cognition,emotion,will and behavior,the final data of the survey are summarized and analyzed.It is found that the current college students’ happiness view shows a positive trend of overall healthy and upward happiness cognition,positive and optimistic happiness emotional experience,firm will to pursue happiness,and relatively rational way to realize happiness.However,due to the imperfect cultivation system in colleges,the impact of complex social environment,the absence of family education,and the internal psychological imbalance of individuals,some deviations in happiness cognition,low degree of happiness emotional transformation and happiness.Based on this,the research puts forward that the concept of "Overall ideological and political education" should run through the whole process of cultivating happiness view,give full play to the functional advantages of all educational subjects,build a community for cultivating happiness view for college students in the new era,and realize multi-party linkage and common frequency resonance.Especially,first,give full play to the leading advantages of happiness education in colleges,make good use of the "Overall ideological and political theory course" to innovate the educational pattern,make good use of the main channel and position of classroom teaching,constructing a "Overall teaching staff" system on the cultivation of happiness view,and create a campus culture with happiness characteristics.Second,strengthen the leading role of the happiness direction of society,provide a good foundation for social material life,strengthen the positive guidance of public opinion in the mass media,and promote the construction of social practice classroom with happiness as the theme.Third,make good use of the synergy function of the happiness harbor of family,attach importance to improving the comprehensive quality of family members,change the concept and mode of family education,and create a happiness family environment with excellent family style.Fourth,activate the potential of individuals to improve their own happiness ability,learn happiness-related theoretical knowledge across discipline,shape positive and healthy psychological quality,and consciously participate in happiness practice activities in the new era.
