| In recent years,with the continued rise of the civil service exam craze,more and more post-90 s have joined the ranks of grassroots civil servants in H city.Injecting new blood into the goal of accelerating the construction of "three districts and one city" in H city and striving to write a chapter of Chinese-style modernization in H city,they have become an indispensable backbone in grassroots government governance.Due to different growth environments,the post-90 s new era civil servants demonstrate personality traits and behavioral characteristics that are radically different from those of the older generation of civil servants.Therefore,how to effectively stimulate their enthusiasm and intrinsic motivation for entrepreneurship and innovation has become an issue that cannot be ignored in the construction of the new era of young cadres in H city.This article conducted a three-month investigation on grassroots civil servants born in the 1990 s in H city,using a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews,and combined with the dual-factor theory to study the overall low job satisfaction in terms of motivation.The problems related to hygiene factors include low satisfaction with salary and benefits,and organizational management incentives.The issues with motivation factors include low satisfaction with assessment,training,and promotion incentives.By analyzing the reasons for the low satisfaction of the above factors and drawing on advanced ideas and feasible experiences from other regions,this article proposes improvement measures for optimizing the salary mechanism and improving organizational management from the hygiene factor perspective,and promoting the refinement of assessment standards,enriching training content and forms,and expanding promotion channels from the motivation factor perspective.At the same time,it is pointed out that better realization of motivation for grassroots civil servants born in the1990 s is a systematic project and a "combination punch" that is crucial for the construction of a high-quality cadre team in the new era.The hygiene and motivation factors are interrelated and mutually restrictive.This article aims to provide reference for motivating grassroots civil servants born in the 1990 s in H city,and to promote the dual improvement of administrative efficiency and social governance level in H city.At the same time,it enriches the research on civil servant motivation specifically targeted at the new generation of 90 s,and provides fresh cases and references for the research on motivating grassroots civil servants born in the1990 s in the context of promoting urbanization with county towns as important carriers,enhancing the richness and practicality of theoretical research. |
