| Civil servants are the direct executors of government decision-making,shouldering the management and service of administrative affairs.Since the18 th CPC National Congress.The party and the state have more specific requirements for civil servants,and the construction of civil servants’ professional ethics is becoming more and more important.In September2021,the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee released the great spirit of the spiritual pedigree of the first batch of Chinese Communists.Lei Feng spirit,as one of the great spirits,was given more connotation of the times and echoed with the professional ethics of civil servants.The integration of Lei Feng spirit into the professional ethics construction of civil servants has become a new topic of research value.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction mainly expounds the research purpose and significance,comprehensively evaluates the research status at home and abroad,and defines the research content and research methods;The second part introduces the basic concepts of civil servants’ professional ethics and Lei Feng spirit,and determines the theoretical basis for the application of this paper;The third part analyzes the current situation of the construction of civil servants’ professional ethics,the development of Lei Feng spirit and the integration of Lei Feng spirit into civil servants’ professional ethics in F City;The fourth part,based on the detailed collection and careful study of a large number of relevant literature,makes a more in-depth study on the current situation of the integration of Leifeng spirit into the professional ethics of civil servants in F City,and summarizes that the integration of Leifeng spirit into the professional ethics of civil servants in F City is generally good with the help of questionnaire analysis,However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of integration between Lei Feng spirit and the individual dimensions of civil servants’ professional ethics,the difficulty of quantifying the role of promotion,and the lack of systematic training and education;In the fifth part,combined with the in-depth study of the existing problems,it is proposed to excavate the new connotation of Lei Feng spirit,fully match the professional ethics construction of civil servants,explore the new path of "6+5+X" professional ethics assessment and evaluation of civil servants led by Lei Feng spirit,and establish the "3" mode of deep integration of Lei Feng spirit "3×3×3" civil servant training and education mode and other countermeasures and suggestions provide a feasible path for Lei Feng spirit to integrate into the construction of civil servant professional ethics. |
