After the victory of the poverty alleviation campaign,the Party Central Committee and the State Council made high-level plans and made major strategic arrangements for implementing comprehensive rural revitalization,providing fundamental guidance for government departments and assistance units at all levels to do a good job in the "three rural" work in the new era.The tobacco system has always been an important force in supporting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.For many years,the cadres of the tobacco system in YB City have been deeply involved in rural areas,providing targeted assistance,and making outstanding contributions to farmers’ prosperity and rural revitalization.This article is based on the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and uses methods such as questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews to study the assessment and management of over 100 designated assistance cadres in YB Tobacco Company.It analyzes the problems in the current assessment work of designated assistance cadres in YB Tobacco Company.Reasonable assessment of cadre work is an important means to enhance the enthusiasm and effectiveness of cadre work.However,at present,YB Tobacco Company’s designated assistance cadre assessment work has problems such as formality,single assessment indicators,vague setting of assessment branches,and a lack of third-party assessment agencies to participate.The rationality and fairness of the assessment have not been effectively guaranteed.After analysis,this article believes that the lack of attention from leaders,lack of professional talents,imperfect assessment systems,and lack of dynamic communication are important reasons for the problems in the assessment of assisting cadres in YB Tobacco Company.Based on the actual work of assisting cadres in YB Tobacco Company and drawing on the performance evaluation experience of other state-owned enterprises in assisting cadres in villages,This article proposes to improve the assessment of designated assistance cadres in YB Tobacco Company by continuously refining the assessment content,optimizing assessment indicators,improving assessment management leadership institutions,improving assessment methods,reasonably enriching assessment subjects,and vigorously strengthening assessment feedback,in order to contribute wisdom to supporting the comprehensive rural revitalization work.
