| In recent years,grid service management is a key measure to promote grass-roots decentralization and community governance,becoming an important practical exploration of grass-roots social governance.The current evaluation system of the quality of grid service management is not perfect,so how to evaluate the quality of grid service management objectively and put forward optimization countermeasures is a hot issue.Residents are the direct object of community grid service management.To evaluate the quality of community grid service management from the perspective of residents can objectively reflect the implementation of community grid service management and the existing problems,the analysis of the causes of the problems and the suggestions are helpful to improve the level and efficiency of community grid service management,and to promote the improvement of grass-roots social governance.According to the basic function and service content of community network service management,this paper selects 12 indexes from four aspects of service management content,service management mode,service management attitude and efficiency,and service management demand matching degree to construct the Evaluation Index System of grid service management implementation effect.On this basis,the quality of M Community Grid Service Management in Zigong was evaluated using comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in M Community Grid Service Management in Zigong and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that: 1.From the evaluation point of view,the residents of M Community Grid service management quality rating of 7.199 points,in a“Good” level.2.It is found that there are some problems in M grid service management,such as the content of service management is not well propagated and implemented,the professional level of grid team is not high,the residents are not satisfied with the efficiency of community grid service management,and the individual needs are not satisfied.The specific reasons include insufficient local financial resources,insufficient investment in training,imperfect operational mechanisms,and lack of supply and demand surveys.3.Based on the above research and the actual situation,this paper puts forward some optimization countermeasures,such as integrating multi-party resources,strengthening business training,perfecting incentive measures,and so on. |
