| As an important part of public services,public legal services are closely related to the implementation of China’s basic strategy of governing the country according to law.Optimizing the supply of public legal services,especially enhancing the supply capacity of public legal services at the grassroots level,is an important part of implementing the construction of a government under the rule of law and improving the atmosphere of the rule of law at the grass-roots level.In order to further improve the level of public legal services at the grass-roots level and solve the problems existing in the practice of grass-roots work,it is urgent to strengthen the investigation and research on the supply of public legal services at the grass-roots level and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Area L is a central urban area of Zhejiang Province,with a large population density,and social and economic development is also relatively high in the province.Since the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Public Legal Service System in 2014,District L has gradually established a certain basis for the supply of public legal services.This article takes optimizing the supply of public legal services in L area as the research theme,based on cooperative supply theory and new public governance theory,uses questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews and other methods to collect information from the front line,sort out the current situation of the supply of public legal services in L area,and reveals that there is insufficient cooperation between supply subjects and the content of The problems of unification,relatively simple supply mode,insufficient supply capital investment,etc.,explore the reasons from many aspects such as supply subject cooperation mechanism,supply content orientation,supply mode construction,supply special fund guarantee,etc.,and strengthen the construction of public legal service supply subject cooperation mechanism,demand-oriented optimization of public law.Optimization countermeasures are put forward in four directions,such as service supply content,expanding the intelligent supply construction of public legal services,and improving policy support in public legal services,in order to optimize the supply of public legal services at the grassroots level and add a fresh case to existing research. |
