Research On Patrol Risk Management Of Border Defense Forces

As an important means for the border defense forces to grasp and manage the border,border patrol is one of the most commonly used duties of the border defense forces.It not only reflects the sacred national sovereignty,but also maintains the peace and tranquility of the border.Due to the special geographical conditions of the defense area,the complex social and face-to-face situation and the cascade between the constituent systems,the risks faced by the land border defense forces in the process of patrolling can not be underestimated.This paper focuses on the related problems of patrol risk management of land border defense forces,and applies the relevant theories and methods of risk management to the process of organizing and implementing patrol services,so as to realize the whole process risk control and ensure the safe and effective implementation of patrol tasks.First,it introduces and defines the relevant concepts,and introduces the relevant theories of elimination management;Secondly,taking the land border defense forces as an example,the HHM(hierarchical holographic modeling)method is used to comprehensively identify the patrol risk scene,and the patrol risk hierarchical holographic model is constructed,which provides a reference for the patrol risk management of the land border defense forces;Third,use various theoretical methods of risk filtering and rating to filter the risk scenarios and get the most important risk scenarios;Fourth,formulate targeted risk management measures to summarize and refine how to strengthen patrol risk management.This paper introduces risk management into the border patrol service,which not only makes the risk management take root in the border forces,but also effectively promotes the ability level of patrol risk management of the border forces,and lays a solid foundation for realizing the goal of controllable patrol risk.
