| A good image of the military academy plays an important role in improving the quality of talent trainin g.As the main body of the future of ficer corps,the professional commitment of cadets is an important indicator of the quality of talent training.There fore,it is of great importance to understand and analyze the relationsh ip between t he image of the military academy and the professional c ommitment of cadets,and then strengthen the image of the academy in order to cultivate excellent military talents.T he University Identity System(UIS)includes three dimensions: mind identity,behavioral identity,and visual identity,and is an image ide ntification and expression that unifies inner spirit and outer appearance,which helps to build a unique image of the military academy and enhance the professional commitment of cadets.This paper firs tly summarizes the current situation of domestic and fo reign research on image building and career commitment,explains relevant concepts and theories,and forms a fr amework for research on the influence of military academy image building on th e career com mitment of military undergraduates and countermeasures.Then,the paper constructs a scale of evaluating the image of military academies based on UIS theory,and deve lops a career commitment scale.After that,the empirical analysis is conducte d to study the evaluation and perception of different types of cade ts on image building and professional commitment,and correlation and regression analysis are conducted on imag e building and professional commitment.The study proves that mind identity,behavioral identity,and visual identity all have a significant posi tive effect on professional commitment.Finally,with the help of the questionnaire results and interviews,the paper summarizes the problems and reasons affecting the image of the military academy from the perspective o f the cadets,and proposed counterme asures and suggestions to build a good image of the academy. |
