Study On Improving The Leadership Of The Coastal Defense Force Grassroots Party Organizations

As soon as the army grass-roots party organizations are established,they have leadership,which is determined by the nature of our army.However,leadership is not immutable,and the strength of leadership is closely related to the construction of grassroots Party organizations.Improving the leadership of grassroots Party organizations can further consolidate the absolute leadership of the Party over the army,and further boost the role of grassroots party organizations at all levels in fighting.In the face of the complex situation in the construction and development of the Coastal defense Force,the arduous task of preparing for war and winning,and the major realistic tasks in the fields of Party building,work style improvement,military preparedness,and border stability and defense,it is urgent for the grassroots Party organizations of the Coastal defense Force to possess superb leadership.This paper starts from the analysis of the concept and connotation of leadership,systematically analyzes the components of the leadership of the grassroots Party organizations of the Coastal defense forces,researches and explores the promotion of the leadership of the grassroots party organizations of the Coastal defense forces from the macro level,and analyzes the practical significance and practice path.Then,from both positive and negative aspects,the beneficial enlightenment of the leadership of the grassroots Party organizations of the coastal defense forces is grasped,and the causes of the problems are objectively and comprehensively analyzed.Finally,based on the existing analysis and judgment,countermeasures and suggestions for improving the leadership of grassroots Party organizations of Coastal defense forces are proposed based on the elements of leadership of grassroots party organizations of coastal defense forces and the actual construction and development of coastal defense forces.
