Research On The Problems And Counteruction Of The Unifty Government Affairs Platform In Inner Mongolia

With the development of the times and the popularization of information technology,the public’s demand for digitalization is becoming higher and higher.It is a good time for the government departments to seize the opportunity,accelerate the transformation of functions and optimize services.Driven by government policies and the era of epidemic,the government affairs platform has developed vigorously.Based on this era background and development significance,the Inner Mongolia government is also promoting the development of the government affairs platform.This study takes the Inner Mongolia integrated government affairs platform as the research object.Through field investigation and interview with the staff of the grass-roots government affairs service hall,we can understand the operation and use of the Inner Mongolia integrated government affairs platform.Randomly distribute questionnaires to the people in Inner Mongolia to understand the problems in the development of the integrated government platform in Inner Mongolia.After research,the integrated government affairs platform in Inner Mongolia has begun to take shape,and has basically established a government affairs platform with certain availability,with improved coverage and service efficiency.The platform construction is steadily advancing and developing according to the plan.However,compared with the needs of the masses,the integrated government affairs platform in Inner Mongolia has problems in the aspects of platform construction,service content,data information,platform promotion,supervision and feedback,etc,In view of these problems,this paper,combining with the causes of the problems,puts forward suggestions on the development of the integrated government affairs platform in Inner Mongolia,including strengthening the construction of institutional awareness,strengthening the investment of platform resources,strengthening the construction of information situation,improving the credibility of the government and the publicity of the platform,and improving the evaluation and feedback system.Finally,the integrated government affairs platform in Inner Mongolia has a certain significance for improving government efficiency and has begun to take shape,but there are still many problems in the development of the integrated government affairs platform in Inner Mongolia.
