Positive Research On Local Environmental Legislation

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the concept of "building an ecological civilization is related to the well-being of the people and the future of the nation." In January 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping visited the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region three times,and made important instructions and instructions on the work of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region many times,requiring Inner Mongolia to adhere to ecological priority and green development.Based on this,the organs with legislative power in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have strengthened the legislation on the ecological environment and continuously improved the ecological environment protection system.Starting from January 2014,this paper conducts empirical analysis and research on the legal texts of the environmental legislation of provincial and districted cities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Insufficient participation etc.The study found that the central and local legislative powers are not clear,the lack of research on specific environmental conditions,and the lack of awareness of public participation are important reasons for local environmental legislation.Therefore,limited by the above analysis,it is proposed to improve the local environmental legislation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through positive interaction between the central and local governments,strengthening the system,timeliness,and methods of public participation in local environmental legislation,and supplementing the environmental legislation process with artificial intelligence.Strengthening the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s environmental legislation provides a sound idea and a feasible plan,and at the same time hopes to bring some enlightenment to my country’s local environmental legislation.
