| Face recognition technology is a biotechnology that identifies identity based on each person’s facial information characteristics.With the rapid development of electronic information,face recognition technology has been applied to access control,payment,travel,another private and public service fields because of convenient.Face information belongs to personal biometric information,which reflects the personal characteristics of individuals,with uniqueness and non-replaceable.so,face recognition information is leaked and abused,it will bring irreversible damage to the person,and the information security of the person will face huge threats and challenges.In the era of big data,in order to improve the service quality and efficiency,property service enterprises have implemented face recognition technology.However,property service enterprises collect face information without the consent and arbitrarily use "face recognition" technology,which will cause the personal information security can not be guaranteed.This paper will analysize the typical cases and the law of "face recognition information" to explain the boundary of face recognition technology and informed consent rules in property services.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
