| With the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution,China’s construction industry is facing important changes. The construction industry is responsible for the mission of national infrastructure construction, with a relatively rapid development speed. In recent years, the construction capacity has been continuously enhanced, but there are many problems such as large but not strong, imperfect regulatory mechanism, and backward engineering construction mode. The construction industry has absorbed a large number of rural migrant workers. As the main force of the construction industry, the problem of low skills and quality of migrant workers is more prominent.Accelerating the training of industrial workers in line with the modern development of the construction industry plays a significant role in promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure.Starting from the background of the development of prefabricated buildings, this paper first obtains the group characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry and the workers in the prefabricated construction industry through literature analysis, field research and other methods. The two are compared and analyzed, initially identifying the influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers’ industrial workers, and constructing the influencing factor index system; Then the quantitative analysis of the index system is carried out by using the questionnaire survey method and the principal component factor analysis method;Next, the ISM model is used to divide the influencing factors into different levels, and MICMAC analysis method is adopted to obtain the key influencing factors; Finally, according to the internal correlation between the key factors, explore the implementation path and countermeasures for the new generation of migrant workers to transform into industrial workers under the prefabricated building, and provide suggestions from the four levels of government, industry, enterprise and individual. The main research conclusions of this paper include:(1)According to the summary of literature research and expert interviews, the establishment of four first-level indicators of professional knowledge and skills, career development and motivation, employment security, urban integration, and 23 second-level indicators of influencing factors;(2)Questionnaire design and investigation were conducted based on the established four-dimension influencing factor index system, and factor analysis was used to analyze the recovered data.It was concluded that the common factor loading was greater than 0.7;(3)Based on the ISM-MICMAC analysis, the key factors influencing the industrial workerization of the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry are identified as follows: education level, skill training, labor contract, social identity, urban ownership and urban-rural integration;(4)According to the key influencing factors, the problems and attributions of the industrial workerization of the new generation of migrant workers are analyzed, and corresponding suggestions are put forward. |
