Study On The Refined Management Of Traffic Congestion In Wenzhou City

Urban transport is the basis for urban development,and urban traffic demand increases sharply with the expansion of urban scale.Smooth traffic will promote urban development,while traffic congestion will constrain urban development and lower the quality of life of the masses.With the rapid development of urbanization and social economy,traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,through the congestion control project,the congestion trend has been curbed and the congestion situation has been improved,but the main factors causing urban congestion have not been completely eliminated,and the work of congestion control still has a long way to go.The rough management method adopted at this stage cannot guarantee the effect and quality of treatment.Construct a seamless command system,improve the governance mechanism of inter-departmental collaboration,social cooperation and public participation,implement refinement into every governance link,formulate scientific policies,optimize traffic supply,improve urban road traffic infrastructure construction,improve the traffic network system,prioritize the development of public transportation,standardize vehicle parking management,strengthen traffic order management,and strengthen intelligent empowerment to achieve refined governance,which can alleviate the root cause of traffic congestion.This paper takes the relevant concept theory as the foundation,firstly,it elaborates the background and significance of Wenzhou city traffic congestion refinement management,composes the current situation and problems of Wenzhou city traffic congestion refinement management,analyzes the reasons affecting the effectiveness of congestion management,and finally,with reference to the experience and practice of some cities with better management effect,it explores the four dimensions of Wenzhou city traffic congestion refinement management,including command system,policy guidance,traffic supply and digital empowerment,and hopes to provide a model benchmark for other cities to replicate and promote.In the end,the experience and practice of some cities with good effect on traffic congestion management are referred to,and the specific methods of fine management of traffic congestion in Wenzhou are explored in four dimensions: command system,policy guidance,traffic supply and digital empowerment.
