Study On The Yan’an University And Higher Education Research Of The Communist Party Of China(1941-1949)

Education makes the country prosperous.The Party’s strong support for higher education in Yan’an laid the foundation for the development of higher education in New China.Based on historical facts,this study takes Yan’an University and the Communist Party of China higher education as the research objects,and analyzes the higher education situation of Yan’an University around historical materials.It is mainly divided into five parts:The meaning and the reason for choosing the title.And then defines "higher education",summarizes the general situation of special research in Yan’an University and the research situation of higher education in Yan’an period.Based on that,explains the research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper.The first part briefly introduces the basic situation of the eight independent colleges and universities before the merger of Yan’an University,the merger of Yan’an University,describes the development history and running of Yan’an University from 1941 to 1949,and emphasizes that Yan’an University is a typical example of higher education created by the Party in the Yan’an period.The second part analyzes the five characteristics of Yan’an University’s education and teaching process.The third part analyzes the faculty group of Yan’an University.Starting from the school’s concern for the faculty group,analyzing the source of the faculty group,summarizing the characteristics of the faculty group and the work direction of the faculty group after the end of the Anti-Japanese War,etc.,through the rectification movement,our party’s attitude and "education" towards intellectuals and university professors from the Jiang-administered area were drawn.The fourth part analyzes the student population of Yan’an University,and expounds the learning situation of students in school,sorts out the graduation destination of students after completing their studies,and shows the spiritual outlook of the student group.The fifth part summarizes the contribution and enlightenment of Yan’an University in the development of higher education.The historical contribution of higher education of Yan’an University is to provide a paradigm for the higher education model after the founding of New China,and cultivate a large number of outstanding talents for our party;This article emphasizes taking history as a lesson and stressing that we should continue to strengthen adherence to the party’s leadership,base ourselves on practice,and cultivate front-line talents.
