| With the development of economy and society,the community has become an indispensable basic carrier in the daily life of the public.As one of the most basic public services,community governance is closely related to the satisfaction of people’s community life.For the main body of community governance,the quality of governance directly affects the public’s evaluation of community governance performance.If there is insufficient governance,it will greatly weaken the image of the governing body in the public.At present,the pace of development of community governance is not easy,and there is a certain lack of governance quality.It is very important to improve and innovate community governance and further improve the quality of community governance.Existing studies have designed questionnaires to explore the influencing factors of community governance quality,and offer suggestions for improving the quality of community governance.However,the limited number of questionnaire samples and insufficient timeliness make it impossible for community governance entities to grasp the quality of community governance in real time.Fully function.With the advancement of my country’s big data strategy,big data technology has played a huge advantage in government public management and has become one of the indispensable tools for promoting social and economic development.Online appeals have become a new type of public feedback carrier,and digging out valuable information from it is extremely important for community governance entities to discover the lack of community governance quality and improve the quality of community governance.Therefore,by using the big data sentiment analysis method to measure and analyze the demand data in the field of community governance,judge the emotional attitude of the masses towards the relevant attributes of urban community governance,and explore the quality problems that may occur in urban community governance and put forward early warnings,it can provide reference for local governments and relevant social entities to strengthen prevention and improve the quality of urban community governance.The paper uses the Python language to compile a self-compiled crawler program,and crawls the data of community governance appeals during the “13th Five-Year Plan”in the Fuzhou 12345 convenience service platform as a data source.Firstly,the emotional dictionary in the field of community governance is constructed,and the semantic analysis of the information on community governance appeals in Fuzhou City is carried out to determine the emotional polarity characteristics and source distribution characteristics of the appeal information.Secondly,the sentiment analysis of the community governance appeal information in Fuzhou City is carried out,and the statistical analysis is carried out from two aspects of each region of Fuzhou City and each quarter in the past five years,and the realization of the quality of community governance in Fuzhou City is analyzed from five latitude categories.Furthermore,analyze and explore the categories of the realization of community governance quality in Fuzhou.Identify the “pain points” in Fuzhou’s community governance,and give early warnings for follow-up targeted preventive solutions.Finally,the judgment and early warning of community governance quality issues based on sentiment analysis is in line with national governance under high-quality development in the new era The new requirements of transformation propose further optimization paths for community governance construction and quality improvement.In theory,the research expands the empirical research on the quality of governance in the study of community governance,thus forming a theoretical exploration of the prediction and early warning of potential problems of community governance quality.In practice,it is also helpful to urge the governance subjects to predict and warn the quality problems that may appear in community governance through big data governance from the perspective of “customer” demand,so as to take certain measures to prevent them,and to provide reference suggestions for the improvement of the quality of community governance. |
