Research On The Promotion Of Economic Governance Ability Of County Government In Old Revolutionary Base Area

The research on the improvement of the economic governance capacity of county-level governments in old revolutionary base areas is of great value not only to the modernization of national governance capacity,but also to the improvement of local government governance capacity.Based on the relevant index data of the three counties in western Fujian from 2016 to 2020,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of the economic governance capacity of the county-level governments in the old revolutionary base areas of the three counties in western Fujian,which contains 1first-level index,7 second-level index and 28 third-level index.Z-score standardized method was used for data processing,coefficient of variation method was used for index weighting,and system analysis model was used for data processing and analysis,so as to obtain the sub-item and comprehensive score results of economic governance ability of the government of the three counties in western Fujian.The overall analysis was conducted from two perspectives of comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis.The index system is mainly from the industrial development,finance,people’s life and investment potential,reform and opening up,urban development,and the seven aspects such as social security in this paper,the three counties of minxi old revolutionary base areas at the county level government economic management ability,mainly reflects much starker choices-and graver consequences-in minxi during three county old revolutionary base areas at the county level government economic management ability is increased and "first",This will undoubtedly bring severe test to the economic development of the three counties in the west of Fujian in the future;As the main means of county economic development,industrial development has not fully played the role of driving county economic development.Finally,based on the interview records of 237 leading cadres in the three counties of western Fujian,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the economic governance ability of the county-level governments in the three counties of western Fujian,and puts forward suggestions to improve the economic governance ability of the county-level governments in the three counties of western Fujian.We will strengthen government self-improvement,focus on promoting industrial upgrading,vigorously carry out projects,strengthen innovation,entrepreneurship and creation,and deepen reform and opening up.
