Research On Development Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Pingtan Wisdom Island

At present,human society has entered the information age,and the urbanization process is also advancing in the process of social progress.After several development stages,the current urban construction has stepped into a new historical period and entered a new form of development stage of wisdom city.Moreover,in the current urban construction process,the development of wisdom city can better solve various problems arising from urban development and provide a broader idea for the new development direction of the city.In recent years,Under the impact of information and big data technology,Pingtan has been urged to carry out urbanization transformation,and wisdom city has provided a better carrier choice for the urban development of Pingtan.As a key way of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area development strategy,can drive the development of intelligent island construction on both sides of the cooperation,the free-trade test,international tourism,and other key tasks in the breakthrough,and speed up the construction of the depth of mutually beneficial economic cooperation and cultural exchanges,the development of the social integration on both sides of the common home,this is in line with the Pingtan present reasonable in practice to develop and far-sighted choice,It is also an important direction for Pingtan’s future urban development.Under the guidance of new public management theory,urban governance theory and wisdom government theory,this study comprehensively utilizes case analysis,literature analysis,and other research methods to analyze and insight the logical governance construction of Pingtan Wisdom Island,by the analysis of current situation of the construction of Pingtan Wisdom Island,and certainly Pingtan Wisdom Island construction in such aspects as big data,information,the wisdom tourism results.In addition to the achievements,there are also some problems in the development process,such as insufficient resource integration,low efficiency of project implementation,low degree of public participation,and insufficient rich elements of cross-strait integration.These problems restrict the high-quality development of Pingtan Wisdom Island construction.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons,this study puts forward four optimization countermeasures based on government management: The first is to improve the construction and management mechanism of wisdom island.Second,fully mobilize the public to participate in the construction of wisdom island;The third is to improve the social security system;The fourth is to enhance the innovation capacity of cities.Through these countermeasures and suggestions,we hope to improve the existing problems in the construction of Pingtan Wisdom Island,and provide theoretical reference for the steady and long-term benign development of Pingtan Wisdom Island construction.
