Research On The Construction Of Organizational Culture In S District Of Qinhuangdao

At the Sixth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping said: "Stress on the construction of internal politics in the CPC" is the first time that the Party Central Committee Plenary Session has officially put forward the phrase "internal politics culture".The Nineteenth Party Congress’ s Report has made it clear that "building an active and sound political culture inside the CPC" is essential.It is necessary for us to enhance the CPC’s self building in the new circumstances,and to push forward the overall and rigorous management of the CPC.It is necessary for the CPC to establish a sound organizational culture for the CPC and to establish a sound organizational culture for the future.This paper adopts literature research method,structured interview method,empirical research method and other thesis research methods,on the basis of summarizing the basic connotation of the construction of organization culture,based on the actual situation of the organization department of Qinhuangdao City S District Committee,it systematically elaborates the current situation of the construction of organization culture,and also addresses the main problems that appear in the process of promoting the construction of organization culture in the organization department of Qinhuangdao City S District.For example,mental cultural building is not overall deficient,systematic cultural building is not perfect.It is mainly caused by the divergence of ideology of certain organization leaders,the inhumanness of system cultural building,the separation of behavior culture from the principal part of organization staff,and the insufficiency of resources to restrain the building of physical culture.Aiming at these issues,the author analyses and uses the experience and methods of the developed areas to build up the team’s cultural culture,and puts forward some measures to improve the team’s physical cultural building,the team’s behaviour cultural building,the team staff’s systematic cultural building,the team’s spirit cultural building,the team’s spirit cultural building,and the team’s spirit cultural building,so as to improve the team’s spirit and cultural development,so as to improve the team’s spirit and cultural development.The research can be used as a guide for other government agencies in area S.In addition,it can be used as a reference for other organizations to build up their organization culture so that they can enhance the efficiency of administration.
