The Perfect Property Declaration system is a powerful measure to strengthen the construction of clean government and fight against corruption according to law.At the same time,the implementation of property declaration system to a certain extent has played a role in containing conflicts of interest and maintaining social stability,has become a core system to promote the fight against corruption.Since the 18 th National Congress,the country has maintained a high-pressure anticorruption posture,and gradually improved various systems and mechanisms to build a strong line of defense of“Not daring to be corrupt,not corrupting,and not wanting to be corrupt.” The fight against corruption has landslide victory.However,some public officials and village cadres have ignored disciplinary rules and blatantly violated the law and discipline,and the problem of corruption still exists to varying degrees,seriously damaging the image of the party and endangering the credibility of the government,has affected our country’s democracy rule of law process.Village cadres perform certain management functions in grass-roots mass selfgovernment organizations,which belong to one of the six categories of supervisory objects determined by supervisory organs.At the same time,village cadres are at the most basic level of implementing policies and the front line of mass work,whether village cadres can perform their duties in accordance with the law is directly related to the impression of the rural masses on the party and the country.Bringing village cadres into the scope of the property declaration system can,to a large extent,standardize the performance of village cadres’ duties and prevent the abuse of power,it is of great significance to maintain the stability of grass roots.This article constructs the village cadre property declaration system,mainly discusses the following contents: first,make clear the legislative style,choose to make a special property declaration system law,at the same time make other laws;Second,on the construction of the declaration system,the specific provisions of the declaration link,the supervision link,the publicity link and the accountability link have been further clarified;third,the supporting legal system has been improved,establish a regular learning mechanism for village cadres and information sharing platform.
