Optimization Strategy Of Education Service Supply For The Aged Based On Service Triandle Model

Education for the elderly is an indispensable part of the lifelong education system.It is the main way to practice the positive view of aging,and also an important form of embodiment of learning,enjoying and doing well in old age.Promoting the development of education for the elderly is the main channel to enrich the life of the elderly and realize active aging.It is also an inevitable need to build a modern education system of lifelong learning for the whole people in the new era.It is of great significance to promote the development of human resources for the elderly,promote economic and social development,and maintain social harmony and stability.However,in the field of education for the aged,there are still problems of single supply channel,insufficient supply and mismatch between supply and demand.Based on the "service triangle" model,this study takes Nanning City as an example from the perspective of new public service theory,adopts literature research method,interview method,questionnaire method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and follows the logic of problem-cause-countermeasure.From three dimensions of supply concept,supply system and supply resources,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative empirical analysis of the supply effect of education services for the aged in Nanning.It is found that there are some problems in the supply of education services for the aged in Nanning,such as lack of accessibility,unbalanced supply and demand,and weak supply infrastructure.The main reasons are the deviation of government ideology in the supply concept,the lack of multi-subject linkage development in the supply system,the insufficient financial and technical input in the supply of resources,and the imperfect supply operation guarantee mechanism.Based on this,the optimization strategy of improving accessibility,constructing multi-subject linkage supply system,perfecting supply resource guarantee of education service for the elderly,and perfecting operation and maintenance mechanism of education service for the elderly is proposed,aiming at providing practical reference for the supply of education service for the elderly in Nanning,so as to enrich the research on education for the elderly.
