Fire safety is an important part of social public safety in our country.In recent years,along with the change of law and policy of fire protection and the change of management function of fire protection department,the development of fire protection industry has been continuously market-oriented,which brings new requirements and challenges to the operation and management of fire protection enterprises.L company,founded in 2002,is a private enterprise wholly owned by individuals.It is one of the first fire control testing institutions in Guangxi.It has the leading technical force in Guangxi and has participated in the drafting and revision of the technical standards of Guangxi fire industry for many times.At present,L Company is facing many problems in human resources,management system,marketing and other aspects.It hopes to break through the development dilemma and change the current passive situation by formulating development strategy and optimizing management.This study firstly applies the literature research method to review the relevant research status at home and abroad.Secondly,it adopts PEST method,Porter’s "Five Forces model" and SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages of L company’s development.The EFE matrix and IFE matrix are used to evaluate the external factors and internal factors respectively.The evaluation results show that L company can cope with the changes of the external environment in time,and its internal environment still has some advantages,but it should adjust its strategy in time to give play to its competitive advantages.Then,the quantitative planning strategy matrix QSPM is constructed,and the overall strategy of Company L is selected.Through comparison,it is concluded that the relatively optimal overall strategy of Company L is SO strategy,namely growth strategy.L company will build a "three-legged three-star one platform" service product system,optimize channel development,improve marketing ability,standardize business process construction,adopt differentiated competition strategy and other aspects to carry out the overall strategy.Finally,this study expounds the safeguard measures for the implementation of L company’s development strategy,so as to promote the smooth implementation of the development strategy and the steady development of the enterprise.
