Bottom-Line Thinking Ability Of Chinese Communists In The New Era Lifting Path Study

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"strategic thinking,innovative thinking,dialectical thinking,legal thinking,bottom line thinking" and other scientific thinking methods have been put forward in a philosophical height and applied in the combination of theory and practice.Among them,bottom-line thinking is a dialectical thinking method with unique meaning."It is an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and an important methodological weapon for contemporary Chinese Communists to govern the country".Xi Jinping has stressed many times that "we should be good at using the ’bottom-line thinking’ method,prepare for everything from the downside,strive for the best results,so as to be prepared and not panic,and firmly grasp the initiative." The importance and application of bottom-line thinking has enabled Chinese Communists to keep a clear head and take the initiative in advancing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the great struggle,great project,great cause and great dream of the new era.However,due to limitations in vision,knowledge,experience,institutional awareness and the spirit of struggle and innovation,a small number of Party members and officials have insufficient bottom-line thinking and inadequate estimation of difficulties,crossed the bottom line and ignored risks,causing heavy losses to the cause of the Party and the people.Therefore,it is an important task and a new subject to strengthen the Party’s political construction in the new era to improve the ability of the bottom line thinking,and it is also an important content and duty requirement for the Chinese Communists to improve their political ability.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter One,introduction.This chapter mainly elaborates the research background,purpose and significance;Combined with the research status at home and abroad,it concludes that there is still some research space in this direction.Establish the research ideas,research emphases,difficulties and innovations of this paper and the research methods adopted.The second chapter mainly studies the theoretical basis of the bottom line thinking of Chinese Communists.First,from the connotation of the bottom line,the connotation of the bottom line thinking defines the core concept of the bottom line thinking of Chinese Communists;Secondly,explain the basic characteristics of the bottom line thinking;Then,it explains the theoretical basis of the theory by combining the Marxist classical writers and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China with the Marxist philosophical views and the ideological resources of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Finally,the paper analyzes the importance and necessity of improving the bottom-line thinking ability of Chinese Communists in the new era.The third chapter mainly studies the historical process and experience enlightenment of the Chinese Communists using the bottom line thinking.The formation of bottom-line thinking is the inheritance and development of previous leaders’ awareness of danger,and is the ideological crystallization of the century-old practice of Chinese Communists.This paper reviews the century-old practice of using bottom-line thinking by Chinese Communists,and sums up the century-old achievements and historical experience of the Communist Party of China in persisting in using bottom-line thinking.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of Chinese Communists’ bottom line thinking.Firstly,it analyzes its positive performance,mainly from three aspects: the prevention thinking of thinking about danger in times of peace,the response attitude of daring to fight and winning,and the governance thinking of turning danger into opportunity.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems,including weakness in knowledge,weakness in ability,defects in execution,and limitation in thinking.Finally,take the problems as the guidance,further analyze the main reasons for the existing problems.The fifth chapter mainly studies the improvement path of the bottom line thinking ability of Chinese Communists in the new era.Armed from theory,strengthen the bottom line thinking consciousness;Practice,make good use of bottom line thinking method;Layer upon layer implementation,enhance the execution power;Take the initiative,carry forward the spirit of struggle;Build a solid guarantee and create a bottom-line thinking environment to analyze how to improve bottom-line thinking ability from five aspects.
