In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was mentioned that it is necessary to create world-class enterprises so that Chinese enterprises can have a competitive advantage in competing with international enterprises.There is no doubt that the measurement of enterprise innovation ability must be included in it.Innovation is the first driving force for development.Up to now,for the corporate governance of Chinese enterprises,the participation of party organizations in corporate governance has become a maj or characteristic and important component of corporate governance in Chinese enterprises.Based on the above realistic background,this article intends to select Chinese Ashare listed companies from 2013 to 2020 as the research object,divide enterprise technological innovation into two dimensions:the technology development stage and the achievement transformation stage,and examine the relationship between the two stages of party organization participation in corporate governance and enterprise technological innovation.Starting from the individual level of executives,this article examines the impact of party organization participation in corporate governance on executive power,And the impact of executive power on the two stages of party organizations’ participation in corporate governance and enterprise technological innovation.The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between political party organizations’ participation in corporate governance and innovation investment.R&D is in the technological development stage.The participation of party organizations in corporate governance will increase R&D investment in the technological development stage.In the process of changing the party’s organizational participation in corporate governance and innovative outcomes.The significant positive relationship indicates that the participation of party organizations in corporate governance can improve organizational innovation outcomes.In the transformation stage,the achievements and achievement transformation actions in the development stage of innovative technology inhibit the participation of enterprises.The party promotes technological innovation in corporate governance,and party organizations participate in corporate governance.There are significant negative relationships during operation.This means that the participation of party organizations in corporate governance can effectively play a supervisory and guiding role Rather,clarify the logical relationship between the three and understand the role of party organizations in more comprehensive participation in corporate governance.Party organizations participate in corporate governance;Relevant literature to help strengthen participation in technology implementation and innovation.At the same time,it also provides a reference for optimizing the structure of enterprise innovation investment resources and improving enterprise innovation efficiency.Korn,this has certain significance for further establishing a business management mechanism with Chinese characteristics.
