Research On Digital Supervision Of Food Safety In Zhejiang Province

Something such as informatization,networking,digitalization and intelligentize are becoming the general tendency of Chinese economic and social development at present.And the internet of networks,the internet of things,the internet of digits and the internet of intelligences has been intertwined deeply and evolved continuously.The using of big data,blockchain,cloud computing and other frontier technology is innovating the urban management means,mode and philosophy quickly.The Zhejiang Market Supervision Administration is focusing on building digital supervision systems of food safety comprehensively such as“The “The Zhejiang Food Chain” and etc.Who is integrating the use of production,consumption,supervision and other multiple scenarios and is building a collaborative govermance system,by which enterprises can be controlled constantly,the supervision department can close loop everywhere and the public can supvise all over.This paper is focus on analysing the practice of digital supervision of food safety in Zhejiang Province and “The Zhejiang Food Chain”.And it is organizing the main measures,the effects and the problems of the digital supervision of the food safety in Zhejiang Provice systematacially,and the actuality and the operation effect of “ The Zhejiang Food Chain ”.This paper is applying some theories such as information asymmetry,Market Falure,Risk Theory and the approaches such as Literature Research,Case Research and Questionaire Survey.At last,this paper proposes some prospects and suggestions on improving the digital supervision of the food safety.
