| The challenge of social governance has put forward higher requirements for the way and ability of national governance.Facing the increasingly complex and changeable social environment,the public welfare organization becomes one of the important subjects of the government responsibility sharing and the promotion social governance effect.With the rapid development of urbanization,the deepening of market economic system reform and the gradual recovery of China’s commonweal philanthropy,the concept of commonweal philanthropy,which is dominated by public welfare organizations,began to sprout,in particular,after entering the new century,with the continuous expansion of the number and scale,the public welfare organizations are increasingly extensive areas of activity and gradually standardized forms of activities,in the promotion of public participation,the realization of public benefits have made a greater contribution.Against the background of the current government’s transformation of its governance mode and multi-governance subjects taking over government functions,there is still a gap between what should be and what is true in the performance of public welfare organizations in improving service performance,it is difficult to promote the effectiveness of social governance.In addition to institutional factors,in real life,with the development of public welfare organizations is one of the obvious trends that their own social networks increasingly closely intertwined,public welfare organizations by the impact of social networks gradually increased.However,the research on social network of non-profit organizations is more theoretical,and less empirical research to explore the impact of social network on service performance of non-profit organizations.According to this,this research takes social network of public welfare organization as dependent variable,and sets organization dynamic capability as intermediary variable,whether the three dimensions of network scale,network centrality and relationship strength can improve the service performance of public welfare organizations,if so,what role does the dynamic capability of organizations play in the above relationships?This study combined the case analysis method with multiple regression analysis.Firstly,it combed and summarized the existing research on public welfare organization,service performance,social network,dynamic capability,etc.,combining the results of previous research and literature review to determine the specific variables and the relationship between variables,and make a preliminary hypothesis.According to the existing research at home and abroad to design the indicators of the variables,and through the pre-survey results to form the final questionnaire,the public welfare organizations in Guizhou Province to distribute the questionnaire,s PSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data of the questionnaire,and the hypotheses were tested by descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that:(1)social networks(network size,network centrality and relationship strength)have positive effects on service performance and dynamic capability;(2)The Dynamic Capability(absorptive capability,integration and Reconstruction Capability)of public welfare organization has positive effect on service performance;(3)the dynamic capability of public welfare organizations plays a mediating role in the influence of social network three dimensions on service performance.The results of this study explain the impact of different dimensions of social networks and dynamic organizational capabilities on the access to resources and the promotion of competitiveness of public welfare organizations,this paper reveals the internal causes of service performance differences among different public welfare organizations,and provides a balanced way for the development of more public welfare organizations to interact with the outside world and enhance their internal dynamic capabilities. |
