Research On Service Optimization Of Guiyang Enterprise Service Unified Platfor

With the rapid development of digital government construction and the rapid growth of the number of enterprises,it is particularly important for the government to digitally serve enterprises to improve the business environment and promote economic development.The construction of digital service enterprise platform serves as an important carrier to promote regional economic development and facilitate regional business optimization,providing comprehensive support services for enterprise development.The unified platform for enterprise services in Guiyang City built by the Guiyang Municipal Government provides numerous services such as policies,complaints,finance,market and government services for the majority of enterprises,but there are also many shortcomings in the platform services,which need to be continuously optimized and upgraded.In this paper,we hope to provide optional solutions and inspiration for solving the problems arising from similar platforms,with a view to jointly promoting the better development of the service enterprise platform.This paper is divided into eight chapters: introduction,theoretical overview,current situation of platform services,problems of platform services,analysis of the causes of platform services,experience of similar platforms in China,proposed countermeasures and suggestions,and conclusion and outlook.Through the questionnaire survey of enterprises,the analysis of some operational data of the platform,and the field research of the platform of Guiyang Unified Enterprise Service Platform Guiyang Unified Enterprise Service Platform,on the basis of carefully searching and combing the relevant domestic and foreign literature and research,and referring to the development status of similar platforms in China,the operation of the platform,its service capability,the current platform service existence,the main problems and causes are analyzed.The main problems and causes of the current platform services are analyzed,and the experience of some domestic excellent platforms is also taken into account to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the platform services.By studying the problems and reasons of the unified service platform in Guiyang City,the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing and improving the service level of the unified service platform in Guiyang City,so as to provide optional solutions and inspiration for similar platforms to solve similar problems.
