| With the continuous improvement of environmental protection awareness,the development of the new energy automobile industry has accelerated.As the world’s second largest economy,China also attaches great importance to the development of new energy vehicles,in which the General Office of the State Council issued a notice on the development plan of the new energy vehicle industry(2021-2035),and issued a number of policies to encourage the development of new energy vehicles.Based on China’s huge market consumer demand,foreign enterprises have entered China’s market to invest,aiming to occupy a certain position in China’s market.Among them,most enterprises enter the Chinese market through transnational alliances,with the aim of realizing resource technology sharing,thereby improving resource utilization efficiency,reducing the cost of enterprise operation,promoting the realization of economies of scale,speed economy,symbiosis and synergy,and learning and innovation.Based on the above background,this paper first defines the connotation and constituent elements of asymmetric transnational alliances,legality,and the relevant research on asymmetric transnational alliances,legality and legitimacy acquisition,according to the path of "enterprises face legitimacy problems in order to minimize transaction costs maximize benefits → asymmetric transnational alliances → face legitimacy problems→effectively solve the problem of legality" and the research paradigm of "motivation-behavior-result",and based on the theory of transaction costs,Resource base theory and organizational learning theory construct the analytical framework and evolution process of legitimacy acquisition mechanism of asymmetric transnational alliance.Secondly,taking the asymmetric transnational alliance cooperation between Zotye Ford and Geely Renault as the case study object,taking the asymmetry of material asymmetry,energy asymmetry and information asymmetry as the starting point,based on the three dimensions of legitimacy proposed by Scoot: regulatory legitimacy,normative legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy,explore the acquisition mechanism of legitimacy,compare the legality of the two transnational alliance cooperative enterprises and how to effectively obtain legitimacy,and draw the following conclusions: First,Strong enterprises entering the weak enterprise market through cross-border alliances also face legitimacy dilemmas;Second,asymmetric multinational alliance enterprise cooperation can effectively obtain legitimacy through resource channels;Third,asymmetric multinational alliance cooperation can effectively obtain legitimacy through reputation and cognition.Fourth,asymmetric transnational alliance enterprise cooperation can effectively obtain legitimacy through isomorphism.At the same time,a decision-making model for legitimacy acquisition based on game theory is constructed,and the mathematical model verifies that Gili Renault’s transnational alliance cooperation can effectively obtain legitimacy through resource channels,reputation and cognitive approaches and isomorphic approaches.Finally,in order to ensure that Chinese enterprises and foreign enterprises effectively obtain legitimacy and retain a certain voice in cooperation,this paper gives countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening intellectual property protection,improving the intellectual property protection system,establishing an industry-university-research integration innovation system,improving the level of scientific and technological innovation,enhancing product brand publicity,establishing product competitiveness and reputation,strengthening the construction of corporate social responsibility,and ensuring that enterprises assume social responsibility from the two levels of government and enterprises.It has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
