The CPC’s Exploration Of Cadre Work(1921-1931)

The work of cadres is one of the important tasks of the party,which is related to the development of the party and the revolutionary cause.As a proletarian party established under the guidance of Marxism,the Communist Party of China has made it one of its tasks to explore its own cadre work since its founding.This is supported not only by Marxism,Friedrich Engels and Vladimir Lenin’s arguments about the cadres of the proletarian party,but also by the actual needs of the Chinese revolution in the 1920 s.From 1921 to 1931 was the first decade of the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC).During this period,the CPC went through three cognitive stages,namely,fuzzy cognition,core reference and emphasis on components,this paper makes a systematic exploration of the cadre work based on the cognition of the cadre and the cadre work from scratch,from vague to gradually clear.Finally,the first systematic understanding of the meaning of cadres was realized,and a relatively perfect cadre work system including selection,education,management,supervision and assessment was constructed.The exploration achievements in this period laid a positive foundation for the later scientific understanding of cadre’s meaning and the construction of cadre’s work system.The CPC’s exploration of cadre work is essentially the practice process of Marxist cadre work theory in China.In this process,the Communist Party of China continues to grasp the core understanding of cadres and to carry out its own work on cadres,although the process is rather tortuous,but in strengthening the party’s leadership,clarifying the understanding of the cadre core,and adhering to the principle of Seek truth from facts and a comprehensive and objective position,it has provided useful reference for later and today’s work.
