While Internet platform companies are developing rapidly,the problem of consumer information damage has become increasingly prominent.This thesis mainly analyzes the development characteristics of Internet platform companies and the role of consumer information in the process of platform development,and summarizes three anti-competitive behaviors involving consumer information of Internet platform companies,that is,the superposition of information and algorithms to generate new monopoly agreements,data concentration caused by platform mergers and acquisitions,and abuse of dominance in the data market.Through the analysis of the existing consumer information protection system,it is found that the current laws are deficient,that is,most of them are principled regulations,lack of coordination between departments,and the cost of platform violations is low.Discuss the necessity and feasibility of incorporating consumer information protection into anti-monopoly regulations sex.Data is the basic input for platform operation.Anti-competitive behavior by Internet platform companies may damage the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,disrupt the market economic order of the industry,and even threaten national security.It is proposed to consider consumer information protection in the antitrust analysis framework,which is conducive to protection Competition and improving efficiency,safeguarding consumer interests,and safeguarding national security.Based on the experience of comparing foreign data protection and anti-monopoly regulations,it is proposed that the current consumer information protection system can be improved by introducing a gatekeeper system and setting obligations,improving the reporting standards for platform mergers and acquisitions,and establishing a data resource sharing platform.Joint protection of market competition order and consumer information.
