Abstract/Summary:
After more than 30 years of development,the government service convenience hotline has evolved from its initial state of small scale,single function,and limited acceptance scope to a comprehensive government coordination and processing platform with comprehensive coverage,multi line collaboration,centralized processing,hierarchical processing,and unified coordination capabilities,providing more convenient government services for the government.On the basis of existing research,this article takes the performance evaluation of the 12345 hotline service outsourcing project in F city as the research theme,and uses theoretical foundations such as public service outsourcing theory,government performance evaluation theory,and public service outsourcing performance evaluation theory to explore the current situation,existing problems,and deep-seated reasons of the performance evaluation of the 12345 hotline service outsourcing project in F city.Finally,conclusions are drawn and corresponding optimization paths are proposed.The main content of this study is arranged as follows:In the first part,the paper first elaborates on the research background and significance.Currently,the vast majority of government service convenience hotlines in China operate in an outsourcing mode.In order to better evaluate the performance of government procurement services and improve government procurement activities,a 12345 government service convenience hotline operation outsourcing project performance evaluation system suitable for the development trend of government service convenience hotline business is constructed.The second part is the main body of the paper.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems in the performance evaluation of the 12345 hotline service outsourcing project in F city,it explores the deep-seated reasons and proposes optimization paths.
