Research On The Compliance Supervision And Evaluation Mechanism Of The Involved Enterprises

The compliance supervision and evaluation mechanism of the involved enterprises is accompanied by the compliance system of the involved enterprises.The characteristics of professionalism,independence,neutrality and interactivity of the supervision and evaluation mechanism are also the necessary needs for the effective implementation of the compliance system of the involved enterprises.Based on different practical considerations,the practice has spawned a variety of supervision and evaluation models such as the procuratorate ’s self-supervision model,the independent supervisor model,the administrative organ supervision model,and the third-party supervision and evaluation mechanism,but there are different degrees of limitations.The construction of China ’s compliance supervision and evaluation mechanism for enterprises involved in the case needs to further clarify the subject,object,content,method,responsibility and result of supervision and evaluation on the basis of following the principles of procuratorial leadership,participation of all parties,objective neutrality and strengthening supervision,so as to solve the contradiction between the effectiveness and authority of supervision and evaluation,the long-term compliance and the limited time limit for handling cases in reality,strengthen the supervision and restriction of professional supervision and evaluation personnel,and optimize the reasonable allocation of compliance funds,so as to effectively meet the actual needs of the compliance system of enterprises involved in the case and escort the stability of China ’s economy.
