| The advent of the digital era has made the government work continue to change from the ordinary level of service government to digital government,the focus from "government information disclosure" to"government data openness",among which,not only "information" to"digital","open" to "open" simple conversion,this huge transformation in bringing new opportunities,new development and opportunities but also brought certain problems."Government data openness" belongs to the concept proposed in recent years in China,and it still belongs to the stage of "crossing the river by feeling the stones",so it still has shortcomings at the level of theoretical system and social practice.A major problem arising from this is the dilemma and threat to personal privacy in government data.Based on this,this paper takes “government data openness” and “citizens’ personal information protection" as the starting point to discuss the necessity and feasibility of personal privacy protection in the big data environment.By collating and drawing on the relatively mature results of foreign countries,this paper analyzes the current situation of personal privacy protection in China’s existing big data environment and puts forward appropriate improvement countermeasures.Actively explore the path of personal privacy protection in China under the background of government data openness,realize the improvement and reconstruction of the personal privacy protection system,and then realize the circulation of big data and the realization of related value to the greatest extent while protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,so that the healthy development of Chinese government data. |
