Research On Road Traffic Congestion Control Around The Tourist Attraction In Wuzhong District,Suzhou City

As an important link of urban functional connection,road traffic is an important factor affecting social,economic and cultural development,and is also the fundamental demand for citizens’ travel and quality of life.And the traffic congestion control of the road around the tourist attractions is the inevitable choice to develop tourism economy,control environmental pollution and improve the happiness of the masses.As a typical tourist urban area,Wuzhong District of Suzhou City has an extremely prominent contradiction between traffic supply and demand due to the influx of a large number of tourists and vehicles every peak season,which often leads to a wide range of serious traffic congestion and a long duration,thus affecting the development of tourism economy and even causing serious environmental pollution.Traffic congestion control is imminent.Therefore,this paper chooses the traffic congestion control of the roads around the tourist attractions in Wuzhong District as the research object.Based on the theory of collaborative governance and traffic supply and demand,this paper systematically combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,and defines the concepts of traffic congestion,tourist attractions and traffic congestion governance.Starting from the definition of traffic congestion,tourist attractions and traffic congestion management,the paper explains the situation of traffic and tourism resources in Wuzhong District,and analyzes the characteristics of traffic congestion on the roads around tourist attractions.By analyzing the current organizational structure and division of responsibilities of the main body of road traffic congestion control around the Wuzhong District tourist attractions,and selecting the successful case of traffic congestion control of the large-scale exhibition "the ninth Horticultural Exposition of Jiangsu Province" for case study,the effectiveness of road traffic congestion control around the Wuzhong District tourist attractions in recent years is summarized.In addition,through the questionnaire survey of the tourists of Dongshan Loquat Festival,the current situation of traffic congestion control by the traffic management department is sorted out,and the realistic problems facing the traffic congestion control on the road around the tourist scenic spot are obtained.From the perspective of the relationship between traffic supply and traffic demand,this paper analyzes five deep-seated reasons for the traffic congestion control problems around the tourist attractions in Wuzhong District.Finally,through comparative research on the advanced ideas and mature practices of other cities in traffic congestion management,this paper starts from the perspective of government management and collaborative governance,and combines the actual situation of Wuzhong District.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of traffic congestion control in Wuzhong District from five aspects: improving traffic management system,integrating traffic resources,intelligent traffic management,public transportation system and traffic ethics construction.It is hoped that this paper can provide suggestions and suggestions for further easing the traffic congestion around the tourist attractions in Wuzhong District,promoting the development of urban tourism economy,creating a civilized and orderly urban road environment,and improving people’s happiness of life...
