Research On The Construction Of Information Technology For Public Security Prevention And Control Of Railway Stations In The City Of K

"Station,train and line" are the three most basic components of the railway system,among them,railway stations play a guaranteeing and supporting role in the process of railway transport production,such as train operation,passenger boarding and alighting,and command and dispatch.With the development of modern science and technology,information technology plays a pivotal role in the security and control of railway stations,making fine management,precise prevention and control,and precise combat possible.Unlike previous research on the railway as a whole,this paper,is based on the station level,and conducts a more in-depth and detailed research on its security prevention and control information construction,so as to better escort the overall security prevention and control of the railway and regional security prevention and control.The city of K is located in the southwest frontier region of China,and railway Stations in the city of K(K Station and KN Station)are unique in terms of their location and function,the scope of their jurisdiction and the surrounding elements.etc.They are representative of railway stations all over the country.This paper is a study of the information technology construction of railway stations in the city of K,takes the information construction serving the public security prevention and control of railway station as the starting point,defines the basic concepts of public security prevention and control,public security prevention and control of railway station,and information construction on the basis of consulting a large number of academic literature,and expounds the governance theory and digital governance theory involved in this research.In addition,through field investigation and internal reference,the current situation of public security prevention and control informatization construction of railway station in the city of K was understood in detail,and problems existing in its construction were summarized from five aspects of informatization construction planning and design,resource sharing,application construction,platform use and operation management.Through analysis,the causes of the above problems are mainly the following five points: firstly,the lack of overall organisation and coordination;secondly,the different standards of big data platform construction;thirdly,the lack of capital investment and platform design capability;fourthly,the lack of big data thinking,personnel and supporting operation system;fifthly,the lack of management awareness and supporting specifications.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the construction of security and control information technology in railway stations in the city of K from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,enhancing resource integration,strengthening multi-body participation and forming a high-level information-based railway police team,so as to further improve public’s sense of security and satisfaction.At the same time,it is hoped that this opportunity can expand the research horizon of China’s railway public security organs in the area of railway station security prevention and control informatization construction,improve the research findings in the field of railway station security prevention and control informatization construction to a certain extent,and provide certain reference for the security prevention and control informatization construction of China’s special and first-class railway stations..
