Research On Distributed Inventory Management Of Disaster Relief Materials Considering The Quantity Of Material Reserves

China is one of the countries most seriously affected by natural disasters in the world,especially in recent years,the frequent occurrence of major natural disasters has caused huge casualties and property losses.Facing the increasingly severe disaster situation,it is particularly urgent to do a good job of material reserve to ensure the basic life of the affected people.However,from the current situation of inventory management of reserve materials,there are still some prominent problems,such as scattered reserve of reserve materials,insufficient reserve,backward management means of warehouse management,serious obsolescence of materials and so on.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to systematically study the determination method of the reserve amount of disaster relief materials and the management strategy of the inventory of disaster relief materials for improving the disaster relief materials reserve system and completing the task of disaster relief materials reserve economically and efficiently.On the basis of related topics,through a large number of field research and data analysis,this paper has carried out a systematic study on the inventory management of reserve materials mainly from the following aspects:(1)Based on relevant theoretical research on emergency material management,inventory management and disaster relief material management,the shortcomings of China’s disaster relief material inventory were analyzed and summarized.(2)By balancing the resource waste and shortage loss caused by the over-reserve and insufficient disaster relief materials,the information entropy theory was used to establish a disaster relief material reserve determination model,with purpose of determining the minimum economic loss caused by excess and insufficient reserves of the system.And Jiangxi Province was analyzed as an example.(3)In order to strengthen the coordinated management of the inventory at all levels and maximize the economic benefits of the total system inventory management,a reasonable joint inventory management model for disaster relief materials was designed,and a cost control analysis was carried out by taking Hubei Province as an example.
