| Labor education is an educational activity that cultivates labor skills,laboremotions,labor attitudes,and labor values through labor practice,improves labor literacy,and ultimately promotes all-round development of people.Since thefounding of New China,labor education has experienced more than 70 years of development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.In the passage of time,the Communist Party of China has always been guided by Marx’s labor education theory,fully absorbed the essence of traditional Chinese culture,and based on the reality of the country.According to the development situation,combined with the needs of social politics,economic construction and human development,the policy of labor education should be adjusted in a timely manner.In the evolution and transformation of labor education,labor education ideas that meet the requirements of the times have gradually formed.On the basis of consulting a large number of historical documents,this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the development and evolution of the Chinese Communist Party’s labor education thought after the founding of the People’s Republic of China:First,the transformation of the purpose of labour education.With the development of society,labour education underwent a transformation from serving the socialist revolution and production construction to serving socialist modernization,and then shifted to serving social construction and the all-round development of human beings in the light of practical needs.On the whole,it has realized the essential return from focusing on political,economic and social functions to focusing on its educational function.Secondly,the change in the practice of labour education.In order to solve social problems and meet the needs of social construction,the practice of labour education has changed from production technology education to labour technology education,and the practice of labour education in the new era will mainly take comprehensive practical activities as the carrier.Although the way of implementing labour education has changed according to the changes of the times,what remains unchanged is the emphasis on education in labour practice.Thirdly,the status of labour education has changed.Labour education is in line with the overall development of human beings,and its status has fluctuated and changed as the Communist Party of China has explored the idea of labour education.During this period,labour education went through a period of decline,represented by the word "et cetera",highlighting the characteristics of the Communist Party of China’s wave-like advance and spiral of labour education ideology.Reviewing the development of labour education is not only a necessary way to deepen the reform and development of labour education,but also a realistic need to realize the fundamental plan of labour education to help the future generations.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore the logic of the evolution of labour education through sorting out the changes in the purpose,practiceand status of labour education,and based on this,concludes that the practice of labour education in the new era under the concept of comprehensive education should combine internal and external forces,explore internal and external resources,guide the education targets to participate in labour practice activities consciously,actively and physically,learn labour skills,cultivate labour emotions and In this way,they can learn labour skills,develop labour emotions and enhance labour literacy. |
