Research On The Mechanism And Practice Path Of Big Data Empowering University Governance

In 2021,the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Informatization of Education Management in the New Era stressed that big data should be used to promote the "scientific education decision-making,precise management and personalized service level,and support the construction of a high-quality education system".In 2023,the Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China once again stressed the need to promote the integrated development of digital technologies in key areas such as education and complete the innovative application of digital technologies as soon as possible.Big data has been applied more and more in university governance and the scene of university governance is undergoing profound changes.In this context,discussing the internal mechanism and practical path of big data enabling university governance has become an important issue to promote the modernization of university governance.This thesis takes big data governance in universities as the research object to explore related issues of governance efficiency improvement.First of all,the concepts of big data,university governance,governance effectiveness and mechanism are defined,and "collaborative governance theory,stakeholder theory and digital governance theory" are taken as the theoretical basis of the research.Secondly,based on the background of digital education construction,the "element reorganization" in data governance is analyzed by taking the scene changes of data governance in colleges and universities as clues,so as to lay a foundation for the study of the internal mechanism of big data governance in colleges and universities.The internal mechanism of university big data governance is the internal operation mode and law of the interaction of various data elements.In this thesis,from four aspects of big data governance system,big data governance elements,big data governance concept and big data governance risk,the internal operating mechanism of data governance efficiency improvement in universities is deeply analyzed and studied.Due to the change of mechanism,the model of university governance empowered by big data will inevitably change accordingly.Based on this,this thesis reconstructs the university big data governance model,and discusses the new development trend of university data governance from the two core variables of governance role and governance model.Finally,in view of the practical difficulties faced by universities in using data governance,through the analysis of the key causes,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of talent team construction,crisis management capacity construction,security protection,etc.,thus forming the concrete practice path of data governance in universities,and thus further promoting the deepening of the relationship between big data and university governance.Thus boosting the connotative development of colleges and universities.
