Study On Social Governance From The Perspective Of Marxist Concept Of Fairness

Fairness and justice is the highest realm that human society yearns for and the primary value in the social value system.The pursuit of fairness and justice is intrinsically linked with the development of productivity,which is of great significance to the cohesion and integration of social forces,the construction of socialist harmonious society and the promotion of sound economic and social development.Starting from the "realistic man",The Marxist concept of fairness proposes to safeguard everyone’s legitimate rights and interests in the political and economic fields,create a social foundation for self-respect and respect under the condition of freedom and equality,and create good opportunities for everyone’s free and comprehensive development.Social governance in the context of Socialism with Chinese characteristics is a process of managing social public affairs under the coordination and cooperation of multiple subjects,in order to resolve social contradictions,guarantee and improve people’s livelihood,promote social harmony and realize fairness and justice.Social governance is an important way to realize social equity,and equity is an important value principle to guide the practice of social governance and measure the effectiveness of governance.The modernization level of governance system and governance capacity will have a direct impact on people’s sense of fairness.Through the analysis of the internal logic of Marxism fairness and social governance,we can see that social governance and social equity present a two-way interaction state.Therefore,on the one hand,we should give more prominence to the guiding role of the value of fairness in the development and innovation of social governance.Guided by the concept of Fairness of Marxism,we should use the updating of the concept of governance to promote the reform of the system,so that the results of social governance can benefit the masses.On the other hand,to constantly improve the level and quality of social governance,improve the relevant systems and mechanisms,in accordance with the law,safeguard the basic rights of the people,realize the fair income distribution,to foster a fair social ecology,so as to constantly improve the people’s feeling,happiness,satisfaction and a sense of security,social fairness also increases.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the internal logic and innovation logic of integrating the value concept of fairness into social governance from the perspective of Marxist equity view and analyze it in combination with specific cases,so as to maintain social equity and justice and improve China’s social governance ability and level.Around this theme,the article mainly explores from the following five parts.The first part of the article mainly expounds the origin and research significance of this topic,briefly discusses the domestic and foreign scholars on the Marxist concept of fairness and social governance research status and comments.At the same time,the research method and innovation of this paper are introduced.The second part of the article firstly combs Marx and Engels’ concept of fairness and the Chinese Communist’s theory of fairness,summarizes the basic characteristics of Marxism’s concept of fairness in the new era;Secondly,it systematically combs the relevant theories of social governance,including the connotation,objectives and principles of social governance.The third part of the article discusses the logic of guiding China’s social governance with Marxist view of fairness.This part analyzes in detail the possibility,necessity and principle requirements of integrating the value concept of fairness into social governance.This paper expounds the existing problems of unfairness in current social governance,and discusses the guiding role of fairness concept in social governance from the theoretical and practical needs of social governance.The fourth part of the article expounds the practical basis,operation guarantee and problem orientation of social governance from the perspective of Marxist fairness,so as to demonstrate the importance of the value of fairness and justice,and further points out that the principle of fairness and justice should be reflected from the main body,motivation,system and concept of social governance.The fifth part of the article summarizes the optimization path of promoting social governance practice from the perspective of Marxist fairness,mainly from the optimization of governance concept,improve the system and mechanism,to achieve fair income distribution,to create a fair social ecology.
