Education is a hundred-year plan for a country,and a strong education is a strong country.The report of the 20 th Party Congress pointed out that "we should adhere to the priority development of education,science and technology self-sustainability,talent to lead the drive,accelerate the construction of a strong country of education,science and technology,talent,and adhere to the Party to nurture people,nurture talent for the country".Since entering the new era,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has formed a rich educational philosophy based on inheriting the Marxist concept of education,the excellent Chinese educational philosophy and the educational realization of the leaders of the Communist Party of China,adhering to the Party’s overall leadership of education,serving the needs of the country and the people,taking the establishment of moral education as the fundamental task of education,and providing education to the satisfaction of the people.The basic connotation of the CPC’s people-centered education philosophy in the new era has three main aspects,namely,to provide education that satisfies the people,to provide fair and quality education,and to build a strong education country,answering the questions of "who should education be for,who should education rely on,and who should share the fruits of education development",with distinctive contemporary meaning and pedagogical value.It has distinctive contemporary meaning and pedagogical value.The thesis uses historical analysis and the literature research method to introduce the historical development of the People-Centered Educational Concept by the Communist Party of China,and elucidates the practice of people-centered education by the CPC in different periods and the important educational ideas and theories formed on the basis of it.The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part of the introduction,which introduces the basis of the topic and the significance of the research,reviews the current situation of people-centered research at home and abroad,and clarifies the core content and feasibility of this thesis.The second part introduces the basis for the formation of the people-centered education concept in the new era,and discusses it in two aspects: theoretical origin and practical needs.The inevitability of education reform in the new era.The core concept of the third part is the connotation of the people-centered education concept,which further elaborates the emphasis of the CPC’s education philosophy on the role of people’s main body and people’s interests in the new era in the context of the new era from three aspects:providing education that satisfies the people,providing fair but with quality education,and building a modern educational power.The fourth part of the thesis is on the research value of the people-centred education concept of the Communist Party of China in the new era,which is discussed in terms of both theoretical and practical significance,while based on an international perspective,an attempt is made to innovate in the interpretation of the world significance of the value implication,with a view to continuously enhancing the world influence of the people-centred education concept in the new era.Finally,the fifth part shows how the CPC’s people-centred philosophy of education in the new era can guide concrete practices,i.e.exploring the paths of education development.Based on the deployment and practices of education development in the new era that are closely related to the people,it presents the concrete results of the implementation of the "people-centred" education field,such as "establishing moral education" and the strategy of prospering the country through science and education,at various levels,and also further explores effective paths to solve problems and adhere to and practise this philosophy,so as to provide feasible ideas for the early realisation of the goal of a strong education country.
