Research On The Popularization Of The Corps Spirit

The Corps Spirit,with the main connotation of "love the motherland,selfless dedication,hard work,pioneering and enterprising",is the precious spiritual wealth formed by the Corps in the great practice of stationing,cultivating and guarding the border in the past 70 years,is an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the CPC,and has played an indelible role in the development and construction of Xinjiang.Carrying forward the spirit of the Corps has positive significance for promoting the development of the Corps’ cause;It plays a positive role in safeguarding unity.In the new era,we must vigorously promote the spirit of the Corps,promote the popularization of the Corps spirit,provide protection for the construction of the spiritual character and complete personality of Communists,and strive to cultivate new generations who can shoulder the great task of national rejuvenation.Based on the actual situation of the Southern Xinjiang Corps,this article takes practitioners and employees from all walks of life in the Southern Xinjiang Corps as the research objects,starting with the degree of understanding of the Corps spirit by the research objects,and systematically combs the relevant content of the Corps spirit using methods such as literature research,historical research,and questionnaire survey,and then conducts a systematic research on the popularization of the Corps spirit.The concept interpretation is the first part of the article.On the basis of sorting out the basic contents of the corps spirit and the corps spirit popularization,the article expounds the theoretical origin of the corps spirit and the corps spirit popularization,and integrates and excavates the principle of following and the important significance of the corps spirit popularization.In the empirical chapter,the paper analyzes the current situation of the corps spirit popularization by the method of questionnaire survey and interview,and points out the problems faced by the corps spirit popularization,that is,the content is not in place,the propaganda mechanism is not perfect,the identification effect is not obvious,the practice subject is not conscious,Through the analysis of the reasons behind the problem,the paper puts forward the practical path to promote the corps spirit popularization,namely the content level,strengthening the theoretical content construction research;At the publicity level,establish and improve the publicity and communication mechanism;At the level of identity,the corps spirit cultivation mechanism based on individual identity is constructed.On the practical level,establish and perfect the normal activity mechanism,so as to push the effectiveness of the corps spirit popularization to a new height.Therefore,this paper creatively puts forward the practical path of carrying forward the corps spirit in the new era from the perspective of popularizing the corps spirit,hoping to combine the actual inheritance and promotion of the corps spirit in southern Xinjiang,further enrich the theoretical system of the corps spirit,broaden the scope of study of the corps spirit,and better promote the inheritance and development of the corps spirit in the new era.
