"China Changan Network" Douyin is a new media account opened on the short video platform by the official news website of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee.It is also the first official account of the political and legal authorities authenticated on Douyin with real name.Since the first video was released on March 8,2018,the Douyin account of "China Changan Net" has posted a total of 8,016 works,which has gained 34.531 million fans and 1.17 billion likes.In the four years since it entered the Douyin platform,it has produced hundreds of short videos of tens of millions of magnitude,with the maximum page views of a single video reaching 100 million.In December 2021,"China Changan Website" was rated as "the most influential Party affairs and government website in China in 2021".The reason why the short video of "China Changan Network" has achieved such spreading power,guiding power and influence is that its news not only insists on reporting the political and legal work with strict authority and popularizing legal knowledge,but also tries to make the short video close to readers,close to life and close to reality.From the perspective of text accessibility theory,this paper takes the short video news of politics and law published by "China Changan Network" on Douyin platform as the research object,takes content analysis and case analysis as the basic research methods,analyzes the characteristics of text accessibility of short video news of politics and law,and summarizes the communication effects brought by the application of text accessibility in news reports.To explore the innovative and practical achievements behind its popularity,find out its shortcomings,reflect on its problems,and put forward optimization strategies,so as to provide reference for other new political and legal media to carry out legal news communication,and play a role in publicity and public opinion guidance for the construction of the rule of law in China.This paper is divided into five parts.In the introduction part,the research background and significance are introduced,the relevant literature is sorted and classified,the research object and research sample are defined,and the appropriate research methods and feasible research ideas are selected according to the research problems.In the first part of the paper,the background and operation of "China Changan Network" are reviewed.In the second part,1,456 video samples released in 2022 are selected and analyzed statistically from the perspectives of theme,characters,topics,types and interactive index of short videos.The third part summarizes the communication characteristics of political and legal short video news text closeness from three aspects: content,technology and expression mode.The fourth part summarizes the communication effect produced by the close application of the short video news text of political and law of "China Changan Net";The fifth part points out the shortcomings of text closeness of short video news of political and legal affairs,and proposes optimization strategies for it.It is suggested that the new media accounts of political and legal organs should keep cold thinking in the boom of political and legal news communication in the media integration environment.Tell good political and legal stories,improve the ability of new media communication;Strengthen the "present" situation and increase the interaction density;Ensure the property of politics and law,establish authority;Integrate information resources to enrich video content;Combined with comments,dig deep news information.
