A Study On The Value Implications And Paths For Youth To Pass On The Red Gene In The New Era

The red gene of the Communist Party of China has been accumulated and inherited in its century-old history,and still plays a strong vitality in the new age,and The red gene inheritance has a significant impact on how the country develops.Youth also carry the burden of the new era’s purpose and are significant foundations of national progress.Receiving red gene education and passing on red gene will give the nation’s future development significant support.Therefore,to explore the value and path of inheriting the red gene from the youth is an urgent question of the time.Based on the existing research results on the red gene,the research examines four parts of the challenges surrounding the value implications and trajectory of youngsters in the modern age inheriting the red gene.First,define the core concepts of this paper,identify the similar between the red gene and related concepts,clarify the subject of the study,and explore the characteristics and basic contents of the red gene.Based on the connotation of the red gene,it is concluded that its characteristics are spiritual,practical,valuable and contemporary.The basic contents of the red gene include: ideological theory,spiritual belief,historical memory and practical pursuit.Secondly,To give value support for the study,we will look at the advantages of passing on the red gene to young people in the new period from a national,societal,and personal standpoint.Youth inherit the red gene for the development of the country,helping to ensure the original mission of the Party and promote the smooth implementation of various projects.For social progress,it helps to maintain people’s emotions and gather social value consensus.For the development of youth,it is conducive to strengthening ideals and beliefs,shaping spiritual character,enhancing cultural confidence and regulating practical behavior.Thirdly,based on the results of the questionnaire survey data,to make the issue clear in the new era,and to analyze the reasons for the shortcomings of the red gene inherited by youth.To sum up the shortcomings of the red gene inheritance of youth,including the lack of initiative,a single way of inheritance,the lack of a good environment and atmosphere,the inheritance channels are not smooth.We analyze the reasons for the shortcomings,mainly including the characteristics of youth subjects,ideological and political education,nurturing environment and related elements and resources.Finally,according to the findings of the investigation of the existing situation,we try to propose a targeted heritage path.On the one hand,we should follow the three basic principles of inheriting the red gene: insisting on the unity of inheritance and innovation,the unity of theory and practice,and the unity and diversity.on the other hand,we should work together to promote the inheritance of the red gene among young people by raising their awareness and sense of responsibility,maximizing the contribution of education to civic education,expanding the forms and means of inheritance and building a good environment for inheritance.
