| With the accelerated progress of digitization and informationization,the development of telecommunications companies is becoming more and more robust.Telecommunications companies have a large amount of user information,and in order to obtain more profits,it is inevitable that they will use this information to explore its potential value.Therefore,telecommunications companies are facing unprecedented challenges in protecting users’ personal information in the process of development.With the development of society,the role of telecommunications companies in protecting personal information is becoming increasingly important.Currently,countries such as Brazil,Canada,and Japan have taken a series of legal measures to address the issue of protecting the personal information of users of telecommunications companies,in order to ensure effective protection of users’ privacy and to clarify the legal responsibilities that telecommunications companies should bear.As the legal policies in our country continue to improve,how telecommunications companies protect the security of users’ personal information is becoming increasingly important.This article mainly uses literature research,comparative analysis,and case analysis methods to systematically analyze the research status at home and abroad,and to conduct an analysis and study of the personal information protection systems for users of telecommunications companies in China and abroad from five aspects.At the same time,some enlightenments were obtained through the analysis of typical cases.Finally,based on the analysis and research of the article,a series of suggestions and countermeasures that China can learn from in the protection system of personal information of telecommunications users are summarized and extracted in order to improve the relevant protection systems in our country and ensure the security of personal information of telecommunications users. |
