Research On The Role Of Government In Rural Tourism Development

Rural tourism takes returning to nature,displaying the countryside and understanding folk customs as the core characteristics,which has injected new shining points into modern tourism.Promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism can not only better maintain and apply precious historical culture and natural resources,but also help the development of agriculture,improve the structure of agricultural industry,promote the development of rural areas and agriculture,and realize the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in a rapid and all-round way for farmers.As the manager and participant of economic activities,whether the government plays its functions is directly related to the development level of local rural tourism,so the adjustment of government functions is imperative.Based on this background,this paper attempts to study the shortcomings and causes of government functions in promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism,and proposes ways to optimize government functions based on this.In this paper,Zhengcun Town,Qinshui County,relevant information was obtained through field investigation and interviews.Through field investigation and research,the problems faced by the Zhengcun Town Government in developing rural tourism were summarized,the causes of the existing problems were analyzed,and the government behavior suggestions for optimizing the development of rural tourism in Zhengcun were refined and optimized by combining the practice of domestic and foreign characteristics.It is found that the Zhengcun town government has played a role in promoting the current development of rural tourism,but there are still problems such as lack of cultural guidance function,insufficient supporting services,limited scale of capital investment and difficulties in talent team construction.Based on the analysis of the reasons,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of planning,services,funds,and talents.In terms of planning,it is necessary not only to explore cultural elements and improve the quality of resource development,but also to strengthen regional cooperation and integrate and optimize tourism resources;In terms of services,the government should take the lead in promoting the construction of infrastructure and improving the corresponding public service system;In terms of funds,it is necessary not only to do a good job in financial support,but also to guide investment attraction to achieve independent operation of tourism development projects;In terms of talents,we will combine the cultivation of local talents with the introduction of professional talents,and make efforts to optimize talent incentive policies and incentive mechanisms to stabilize the talent team.
