Research On Xi Jinping’s Important Exposition On Community Governance

Xi Jinping stressed that the modernization level of a country’s governance system and capacity is largely reflected at the grass-roots level.In the systemic project of modernizing the national governance system and capacity,the community is the foundation of all work.Only by strengthening the community as the cornerstone,the national building can stand up and create a peaceful and harmonious community living environment for the people.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to community governance,propose a series of new ideas and strategies,and formed Xi Jinping’s important discourse on community governance.Systematic study of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on community governance,clarifying its formation conditions,clarifying its main content,summarizing its theoretical characteristics,and exploring its era value are of great significance for mastering and understanding Xi Jinping’s important discourse on community governance in theory,and strengthening and innovating community governance in practice.This study,in addition to the introduction and conclusion,It is consists of four parts:The Introduction part: It mainly describes the research background and significance of this study,the current status of domestic and international research,concept definition,research ideas and methods,innovations and shortcomings,and provides the premise of this study.The first part: Explaining the Conditions for the Formation of Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse on Community Governance.This part focuses on the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on community governance from the relevant discourse of Marxist classic writers on social management,the relevant discourse of the main leaders of the CPC on grassroots management and community governance,and the relevant discourse of social management in China’s excellent traditional culture.This paper explaining the practical basis of Xi Jinping’s important thesis on community governance from the results achieved in terms of community governance subjects,methods,institutional mechanisms and team building.The second part: Explaining the main contents of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on community governance.Through the analysis and research of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on community governance,the main content of the discourse is elaborated in detail with the ideas of "who governs" "what to govern" and "how to govern".It mainly includes that community governance is the foundation of social governance,and the key to strengthening community governance is institutional innovation.The third part: Explain the theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping’s important statements on community governance.It mainly includes Adhering to the unity of the righteousness and innovation,adhering to the unity of the symptoms and the root causes,planning and solving community problems from a systemic concept,and taking the fundamental interests of the broadest number of people as the fundamental coordinates.The fourth part: Explaining the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s important remarks on community governance.Theoretical values,the development of Marxist theories on social management,expanding the relevant discourse of socialism with Chinese characteristics on social management and enriching the content of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;Practical value,it builds a solid foundation for improving the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,consolidates the foundation for building a safe China,and contributes Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to solve global governance problems.Concluding part: The main contents and key arguments of this paper are summarized,and on this basis,three conclusions are drawn: to grasp Xi Jinping’s important thesis on community governance as a whole,to grasp Xi Jinping’s important thesis on community governance in the context of the practical requirements of community governance in the new era,and to grasp Xi Jinping’s important thesis on community.
